. A ballet inspired class including Pilates and Yoga.

. This class is low impact and challenges your core while building balance and strength.

. Suitable for everyone, this class will help shape your entire body using small, repetitive

movements and therabands.


This is a well rounded class including 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training,

and 20 minutes of core and stretch. This format will vary in content from class to class keeping

it fun and exciting!

Strength Classes


High Energy Aerobic Training” Come join us for some serious cardio! This class will include all

modalities except weights! Challenging and modifiable, this class is great for all fitness levels.


  • Invented by a Navy Seal
  • Works your muscles in ways that can’t be achieved with traditional bars and dumbbells


  • Targets the core (abdominals, back, hips) and the glutes
  • Tones, lifts, and firms

Total Body

  • Has the whole body in mind: Strengthen, tone, and burn calories
  • Utilizes bars, bells, benches and dumbbells

 Boot Camp

Full body, high intensity training using different types of weights, sand bags,

balls, rubber balls and rubber weights. We have fun and get sweaty.


Whether in “unison” or a “stationed” circuit, this full body, high energy workout is

sure to challenge any fitness level! Any move can be modified to fit you needs and all

members are welcome.
